Bold and vibrant, with an energetic setting on the corner of Beethoven-Strasse and Dreikönig-Strasse, parkuus restaurant at Park Hyatt Hotel offers a dining experience worthy of its prestigious downtown Zurich address.
parkuus is known throughout Zurich for signature dishes such as locally sourced Free-Range Chicken, Oven-Roast Veal Chop, Bison Tenderloin and Seasonal Vegetables prepared to perfection on the wood-burning oven.
Just as celebrated are the restaurant’s eye-catching design elements, highlighted by a two-storey, 3,000-label wine library with its own spiral staircase. With floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan kitchen offering a dynamic backdrop for the outstanding cuisine, parkuus blends upscale ambiance with the easygoing spirit of a casual neighbourhood restaurant and bar. Seating for 135 is available inside with an additional 24 places on the terrace.

For private dining events of up to 10 people, guests are invited to take advantage of the wine library. This fashionable venue features the ‘Chef’s Table’ underneath the extravagant Ingo Maurer chandelier ‘Porca Miseria!’ A second private dining space offers seating for up to 16 and provides intimate and inviting surroundings for private functions.

The Lounge
Serving breakfast and a light-dining menu throughout the day, the non-smoking Lounge is ideal for impromptu snacks and casual get togethers. Park Hyatt Zurich has long featured a signature healthy delegate meeting package to keep meeting guests fit and energized. In further cooperation with Food Engineer Mrs. Marianne Botta Diener, a lunch menu is now also served in the hotel’s Lounge. Featuring plenty of fruit and vegetables as well as whole meal bread and various vitamins, the innovative Brain Food menu was designed to prevent an increase in blood sugar and unhealthy cravings.

Café Z
Convenience and high-quality food are the hallmarks of this self-service deli-style dining spot at Park Hyatt Zurich.
Open from 7am to 7pm, Café Z features hot meals for lunch and dinner with a wide variety of salads and deserts available from the buffet. For guests on the go, a diversity of snack options, including sandwiches, salads and drinks is available for take away dining.
As a new highlight, a selection of meals prepared by our Executive Chef and his team are available as frozen take-away.
