Cooking Class

Learn to create a delicious three-course meal from scratch with a gourmet cooking class, offered exlusively at Park Hyatt Zurich. This unique event is perfect for birthday parties, team events, or gatherings with friends, held right in the hotel’s expansive show kitchen.

As the class begins, enjoy a welcome coffee and learn about the day’s menu. A sample menu would include three variations of Loch Fyne salmon for the first course; grilled Swiss veal steak with mushrooms or saffron risotto and sautéed mini vegetables for the second course; and berries and fruits mille-feuille with sour cream ice cream as the final course. All of the fine ingredients and necessary equipment will be laid out before you. Executive Chef Frank Widmer and his team will guide you through the cooking process, imparting valuable tips and tricks along the way. After the class wraps up, enjoy your delicious creations together in parkhuus restaurant, creating a hotel experience you’ll never forget.

Each cooking class is offered upon request from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and hosts a group of up to 10 guests. Classes are taught in either German or English, and cost CHF 195.00 per person, inclusive of tax, coffee, tea, Danish pastries, a three-course meal, drinks, wines, recipes, and a giveaway.

Class Schedule
Welcome coffee: 12:45 p.m.–1:00 p.m.
Preparation: 1:00 p.m.–4:00 p.m.
Completion of dishes, followed by a meal in parkhuus restaurant: 4:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
